BEFORE USING THE TRAYS

1. Prior Hygiene: Thoroughly brush your teeth and use dental floss and/or interdental brushes. The gel works more effectively on clean, tartar-free teeth.

2. Gel Application:
  - Place a SMALL drop of gel in each slot corresponding to the teeth to be whitened.
  - Insert the tray and position it correctly. Remove any excess gel with a cotton swab if necessary.

3. Wearing Duration:
  - Day 1: wear the tray for 2 hours.
  - Day 2: wear it for 4 hours.
  - From Day 3 onwards: ideally wear the tray overnight if it is more convenient for you. Please note, however, that the product is active for a maximum of 4 hours.

! Note: One syringe provides 3 applications (3 days of treatment).

AFTER TRAY REMOVAL

1. Hygiene after use: Remove the tray and brush your teeth. Do not be concerned if white spots appear, as they will disappear as the treatment progresses.

2. Tray Maintenance: Rinse the tray with cold water, dry it, and store it in a well-ventilated area.

TIPS FOR OPTIMIZING TREATMENT

- Avoid Staining Foods and Drinks: During treatment, limit your consumption of tea, coffee, nicotine, red wine, berries, curry, beetroot, soy sauce, colored beverages, and similar items. If you cannot avoid certain foods, consume them at least 1 hour after removing the tray, or use a straw for drinks and brush your teeth 30 minutes afterward.

- Tooth Sensitivity: Should you experience sensitivity, take a one-night break. Use a toothpaste for sensitive teeth (such as Oral-B CALM or Elmex Sensitive) throughout the entire treatment.

- Monitor the Shade: Should your teeth appear excessively white, discontinue the treatment and consult your practitioner.

- Dental Follow-up: To maintain the results, ensure you practice rigorous oral hygiene and consult your dentist at least twice a year. This approach helps the results remain stable for 3 to 5 years, or even longer.

Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure effective and safe treatment.
